If you selected the Print-At-Home option:
You will need to present a printed copy of your print-at-home ticket when you arrive on-site. We will scan your ticket and exchange it for a convention badge which must be worn at all times during the event. The badge will allow you to come and go as you please throughout the weekend without checking in again. Please do not share your confirmation email or print-at-home ticket with others, as it will allow them to check-in and receive your badge. Con of Thrones is not responsible in the event that a confirmation email or ticket has been shared with an unauthorized party.
If you are under the age of 18, then you will need a signed and notarized parental permission form to enter the event. This form may be downloaded here.
If you selected the Standard Delivery option:
Your convention badge and lanyard will be mailed to you via USPS a few weeks prior to the event. You must bring this badge with you and it must be worn at all times during the event. You will not need to check-in when you arrive on site. Simply stop by the box office area to pick up a copy of the daily schedule and event guidebook before heading off to enjoy the event! Your badge will allow you to come and go as you please throughout the weekend.
Please note that there will be a $40 replacement fee charged if you lose or forget your badge.
