The terms and conditions which must be agreed to in order to purchase Con of Thrones tickets are below:
By registering for Con of Thrones, you agree to all Con of Thrones Terms and Conditions, which may change at any time prior to August 27, 2023. Attendees will be held responsible for knowledge of Con of Thrones policies at all times.
Photos and videos are permitted, though subject to restrictions. No attendee may sell or profit from photo, audio, or video footage taken at the conference in any manner (including from advertisements on online videos) without prior written consent from Con of Thrones. Any person asked to cease taking photos or videos, or asked to hand over their equipment for holding until the end of the conference, must do so.
Con of Thrones reserves the right to withhold or disable any ticket without refund at any time at its discretion. Attendees of Con of Thrones who are found to be attempting to access events for which they do not have tickets; who are rude or disruptive during the programming; who break any city, state or federal law; who attempt to deceive any organizer; who violate the Code of Conduct, or are found by Con of Thrones staff deserving for any other reason, will have their tickets revoked without refund.
By attending Con of Thrones you agree to indemnify and release from all liability the Con of Thrones staff, Con of Thrones venue and all other parties related to the conference arising from any and all claims, grievances and complaints.
Attendees of Con of Thrones agree that they are solely responsible for any loss or theft of or damage to their personal property. Con of Thrones does not accept responsibility or assume risk for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Attendees also agree that their likeness, if captured by onsite photographers, audio recorders, or videographers, may be used by Con of Thrones or any of its associated entities for any legitimate purpose including promotional and commercial.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND PERMITTED BY MANAGEMENT OF THE EVENT. ARTISTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. EVENT DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. TICKET WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY AGREED BY MANAGEMENT. TICKET IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
Event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. In the case of extreme inclement weather which restricts travel for a majority of our audience, attendees with unused tickets will be permitted to apply the unused ticket amount ($USD) to a future event.
